I had a chat with June regarding the order I made for the replacement parts kit I ordered instead of the Halyard Conversion Kit. The replacement parts kit is just that, parts repacement for specific parts. I needed to order the Halyard Conversion Kit so I had a needed nylon sleeve. June was awesome and professional. She provided me with a way to get the Nylon Sleeve needed without having to pay for the entire Halyard Conversion Kit. It's so good to work with good people and a great company run by Veterans.
