**What is a Halyard kit? The Halyard kit replaces the 360 degree swivel clips on the pole with a traditional Rope System. So instead of lowering the Telescoping pole to remove the flags, you would have the flags clipped to the rope and lower that.
Adapter:
If you have an existing flagpole you are replacing and it has a smaller diameter, we offer a Flagpole Adapter that will allow for the larger pole without tearing out your old ground sleeve. More information can be found on this product in our accessory section.

Awesome flag pole!!! I moved into a new home in Nov of 2023 and it’s one of the first things I installed at our new construction home. I fly the US flag proudly as a Marine Corps veteran and the South Carolina flag below. I have the optional solar light kit and it’s been flawless in operation. We got hit pretty hard by Helene and I did remove my flags but not because I was worried about the pole. Only to save some wear and tear on my flags and to ensure I didn’t let our Flag possible hit the ground. I’ve had multiple neighbors ask where I purchased my flag pole and I can proudly say there are multiple flags flying the US flag in our new neighborhood!! Thank you Service First!!! We bought the Freedom Edition Telescoping Pole, it was our FIRST addition we made to our house after we bought it. Flag and pole HAD to be installed before we changed anything else. IT came quickly, easy install from following the instructions and videos.
Now we just bought the Christmas lights to install on it just before Halloween and the election (CANNOT wait to use the Patriot modes!)
We get compliments from our neighbors all the time on our Flagpole. We reccomend you to everyone.
Easy installation and rugged material
Our flag pole survived the Hurricane Helena. Our area was not projected to be hit bad but the hurricane tracked differently and we was exactly 15 miles from the eye. Your pole weathered the storm with winds above 100mph. Great job with this flag pole plan on buying another for my kennel. Inspected the pole and no issues with it. Great job again.
